OUR PROGRAM

little Athletes

All athletes need effective training techniques, which is why all players receive a program based on the OPT model for youth: Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ). Core, balance, resistance training and more. We are specialists in athletic conditioning for youths.

FUN Drills

Fun but serious technique development activities to learn ball control, defense, dribbling, passing, ball mastery, finishing, space creation and more.
